Good day, please i need to know if PCM's are judged by the year they graduated in school before being exempted or not or is it by the current age they are while they are about to go for the nysc program. For example does someone who graduated at 29 years has the opportunity of mobilizing for nysc service in a year's time when he turns 30 or 31... Thanx as i await your responses

The date you finished school is what will be used. If you are 29 when you graduated, even if you are not mobilized that same year, you can still go for service. Once you are not 30 before you graduated, you can serve

Please note that the graduated we are talking about is not when you write final paper o but when your school Senate approved that you have graduated. So the date on your degree certificate is what is used.
