Education, Health Sectors Can’t Thrive Without Corps Members

Education and health sectors in many states cannot stand on their own without corps members, the Sokoto State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Alhaji Musa Abubakar has noted.

According to him, if NYSC pull out corps members in many states, their education and health sector would collapse because their schools including private ones and primary health centres “rely on these patriotic Nigerians to render services to the public.”

" So there is no state in this country that its education sector will strive if we pull out corps members because they constitute 60 to 80 percent of their teaching force and their primary health services will also collapse without these patriotic Nigerians," he reiterated

Speaking on the significant of the scheme to the unity and progress of the country during an interaction session with newsmen, Abubakar added that several people in the state had benefited from their Health Initiative for Rural Dwellers.
I am Not who you think i am, I am not who I think I am. I am who you think I think I am
